CURB APPEAL
Small changes to a home's exterior can significantly enhance its appearance. Simplifying a cluttered façade--or adding tasteful light fixtures, awnings, hardscape or plantings--can yield dramatic aesthetic improvements that vastly exceed the related costs.
LANDSCAPING
Even if you don’t love your mature landscaping, you likely already have 90% of an exquisitely designed yard that you WILL love. A refined landscape often requires merely the judicious removal of shrubs or trees; the separation of crowded plants; better pruning; and supplementation with some specimen plants.
Replaced a plain wooden entry staircase with one made of redwood, stone and iron, featuring a balustrade designed to mimic branches and twigs. Created a strong entry statement with two landings plus wider stairs at the bottom

Made a neglected backyard pool deck into a useable lounging area by removing bamboo that obscured tall pittosporum behind fencing, furnishing existing chaises with cheerful cushions and pillows and flanking them with coordinating blue-and-white ceramic planters
